Admin Assistant - Projects
We are seeking an experienced admin person to assist predominantly with projects, order processing and some reception relief. This position will report to the sales manager with a direct link to the admin manager.
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of electrical cable tray / duct and related fixings. You will be located in Campbellfield.

Key tasks:
- Admin support to the sales manager, including covering for the receptionist during days off.
- Entering quotes on to the system,
- uploading quotes to Excel spread sheet from ITMs (in house software).
- Maintain and monitor stock for projects
- Coordinate site deliveries in conjunction with the warehouse manager.
- Coordinate special product requirements including specific coatings.
- Receiving & processing phone orders/enquiries.
- Prepare small quotes
- Process credits
About you
- At least 2+ years previous hands-on experience in admin duties in a similar role.
- Excellent working knowledge on Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to get on with people
- Quick learner prepared to work autonomously.
- Good numerical and accuracy skills including ability to meet deadlines & pay attention to detail.
- Good computer skills – data entry, MS office.
- Be well organized.
- Car licence and reliable transport
