Admin Assistant
Our client,a fire services contractor is seeking a generic Office Assistant to join their growing team. We require the candidate to be available to work Monday to Friday with hybrid possibilities. Location Wangara (WA)

Duties are, but not limited to:
- Administration Duties
- Prepare registers
- Invoicing
- Chasing overdue accounts
- Scheduling Inductions for workers
- Ordering materials
- Client liaison
- Data Entry
- Use MYOB
- Liaising with technicians & Clients daily
What We are Looking For:
- At least 3 yrs experience in similar admin / accounts role
- 3 yrs of MYOB experience
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Daily Invoicing, Collecting payments
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Have an approachable and friendly nature with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of people.
- Show initiative and be willing to help wherever possible
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently, show initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Current Driver’s License with own car.
