About Us:

Our client is a leading online market research company looking for skilled outbound call centre operators to engage in an appointment setter project on behalf of a large and well-known global organisation. You will not be conducting the interview.

About the role:

We’re currently offering full-time hours on a 6–8-month contract positions in the Customer Service Team. This is an office-based role based in Surry Hills (walking distance to central train station) for early May start.

You’ll be handling outbound calls to business persons, including:

  • Client verification and work off an established list.
  • You will be setting appointments for research interviews on behalf of a large international government organisation.
  • Data entry.
  • The working hours are between 9:00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will need:

  • Previous call centre experience ideally outbound.
  • Good on the phone.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Able to deal easily with business people.
  • Calm, resilient and emotionally mature.
  • Good keyboard skills.
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of how to send, receive and store emails (ideally in MS Outlook).
