Front End Loader Operator – Day Shift
We are seeking enthusiastic & reliable Front End Loader Operators for immediate start in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, for a recycling plant. You will be operating the front-end loader within a warehouse environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Proficiently operate Front End Loader and Excavator for efficient loading and unloading activities
- Complete pre-start checks on equipment
- Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices
- Face loading / Load & unload trucks and hoppers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and project milestones.
- Soil sifting to separate rock and foreign matter.
- Soil blending.
- Assisting with process work as required.
- Labouring duties including some manual handling.
- Occasional truck wash duties &general housekeeping
Essential Requirements
- Front End Loader / Excavator license with a minimum of 2-3 years’ recent operating experience including a sales loader.
- Quarry or recycling experience is highly regarded.
- Forklift license is a distinct advantage
- Strong commitment to occupational health and safety, Site specific PPE including full coveralls and breathing apparatus when required.
- Physically fit and be able to do manual duties.
- Flexible and prepared to work overtime to support work requirements.
