An opportunity has become available for a bubbly and approachable Receptionist / Data Entry person for immediate start in Campbellfield.
This is a day shift Mon – Fri 8:30 am -4:30 pm office-based role.
The role
Primarily focused on reception and accurate data entry, your week includes:
- Reception duties - answering phones, ordering, bookings, and welcoming occasional visitors.
- Data entry.
- General administration, including sorting, matching and filing paperwork.
- Investigating and resolving queries and errors.
- Confident communicator with phone manners and able to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
About you
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar reception / data entry role.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel with good key board skills.
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills
- Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & thrive under pressure
- Have valid driver’s license and own transport.
