A switchboard manufacturing company located in the Hallam - Pakenham region is looking at a new addition to their team. This is a factory-based position.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and fit electrical components into switchboards, motor control centres, control panels, and related equipment.
  
• Read and interpret work off technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  
• Perform mechanical and electrical fitting tasks, including drilling, mounting, and wiring within assemblies.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and industry standards
  
  What We’re Looking For
  
• 3+ years electrical switchboard building experience. Control wiring / fault finding / busbar fabrication will be added benefit.
  
• Cert 111 in Electrical Fitting qualification (UEE33020 or equivalent)
  
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Willing to work overtime when required
  
• An Australian driver's license
  
• Strong verbal and written communication
  
• Reliable and punctual
