Are you an experienced call centre professional looking to join a leading waste management family owned business? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team in Teneriffe, Brisbane. This is a hybrid role

About the Role:

• Handle 20-30 inbound customer calls per day with professionalism and efficiency
  
• Respond to customer emails and follow up on enquiries promptly
  
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer needs.
  
• Uphold client reputation for friendly, efficient, and reliable service
  
  

About you

Previous customer service or inbound call centre experience is helpful but not essential.

Well-developed verbal communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail, time management & organisational skills.

A punctual and dependable approach to work, with a commitment to reliability.

Resilient & can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.

Experience with ERP systems – full training will be provided.
