We are seeking enthusiastic & reliable production supervisor for immediate start.

As the production supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility. This is a hands-on role, requiring you to work alongside the production team performing daily production activities, coordinating and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  Duties and responsibilities
  
• Lead the production team, promoting a strong and safe team culture
  
• Oversee production to meet targets for output, quality, and timelines
  
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements
  
• Monitor KPI dashboards and report against targets
  
• Coordinate safety, site specific PPE, environment, and quality teams to ensure compliance standards are met
  
• Support and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  
• Ensure equipment is maintained and escalate urgent repairs as needed
  
• Be a role model for safety — leading by example in pursuit of zero harm
  
• Computer literate.
  
  Essential requirements
  
  Being a leadership role prior team management experience is essential. Strong communication skills, a focus on safety, and experience in similar industries (Quarry, Manufacturing, or Resource Recovery) will set you up for success.
  
• At least 5 years’ Experience in site operations in recycling / manufacturing / quarry. With some supervisory experience.
  
• Loader / Excavator / forklift licence
  
• A commercial mindset with experience working to production KPIs
  
• A continuous improvement focus and genuine passion for sustainability
  
• Pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
  
• Current Driver’s Licence
